Tracy Morgan has fallen again!

The  ”30 Rock” star was hospitalized on Saturday for “flu-like symptoms and dehydration” while in Denver, Colorado.

Morgan, 33,  was set to perform at Comedy Works South at a Denver venue Saturday night, but canceled his show after experiencing sickness. Lucky for ticket holders, there will be a full refund.

Though, ticket holders thought that an announcement during the show that “Tracy was feeling sick and wasn’t going to come on” to perform was a joke. However, Morgan was struck by flu-like symptoms – he was ushered around in a wheelchair the Denver International Airport Sunday morning, before flying back to his hometown of New York. – Flip and get more deets after the jump…

A rep for Tracy Morgan told GossipCop:

“He is fine. He had the flu before he left [for the trip].”

This marks the second time, Morgan has had a scare. He fell unconscious at an awards ceremony at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. Soon after the fall Morgan’s rep’s said the fall was due to ”a combination of exhaustion and altitude.”

In fact, Morgan tweeted about the January incident shortly thereafter:

“Superman ran into a little kryptonite. The high altitude in Utah shook up this kid from Brooklyn. Thank U 2 the hospital staff. Back at work 2morrow shooting 30 Rock. Holla at me! Gotta thank the AMAZING medical staff and all my supporters! Love you. #GOgiants @Giants #ALLIN.”

Birdman is making Cash Money Records one hell of a conglomerate.

Now, Birdman aka Baby has announced the signing of DJ Khaled’s We The Best imprint to Cash Money Records, with plans to release Ace Hood’s album as part of the partnership. – Flip and get more deets on the flip…

In an interview, Birdman spoke to MTV News regarding the partnership with DJ Khaled to release music from artists under his imprint, which houses Ace Hood and Mavado.

it is the beginning of a slew of releases under Cash Money label that will be Hood.

Bird explains:

“I’d like to let the world know that Khaled’s brand, which is We The Best, is officially signed to YMCMB and the first act coming out that umbrella … will be Ace Hood.”

“I always wanted to have a chance to work with Ace Hood.”

He added:

“We wanted to do it right, set it up right. I think Ace Hood is a superstar.”

“I love his work ethic, I think he’s a very talented young man and he gonna be a big superstar in this business and I wanted to be the one to help him become that. It was important to me.”

It’s only a matter of time before all the big boys, like Birdman, 50 Cent, Jay-Z, Diddy and Jermaine Dupri have signed all the up and coming imprints.

On Tuesday, Archbishop Don Magic Juan was rushed to an L.A. hospital for a severe blood clot in his leg.

After Archbishop Don Magic Juan was rushed to the hospital and taken into surgery, doctors eventually found a blood clot in his leg.

They successfully removed the life-threatening clot from rapper/actor Don Magic Juan on Wednesday.

Today, sources close to the Archbishop Don Magic Juan had to pull out of a gig this Saturday with rapper Ditch. According to TMZ, he’s on the mend and already feeling much better.

Glad to hear that Don…feel better and when you can start walking, make sure to do that regularly, but not for the first 3 to 4 months.

Shall we start this with NIETHER Machine Gun Kelly or Kid Cudi are the starters of the term “Raging.”

Personally I was using that term in the early 90′s before either of these two new what it met.

Once again I find rappers trying to take claim on something they had no claim in taking. We in Cali have said that for so long its old school now.

For example in the 90′s we said “RAGER,” “RAGIN,” “RAGING,” so you both need to STOP THE MADNESS! The term was here way before you were a seed in your daddies nut sack.

Machine Gun Kelly and Kid Cudi think they are the originators of the old school slang.

All They can actually claim is that they gave breathed new life to the slang “raging,” but the DID NOT originate it at all.

For some reason Cleveland, Ohio natives Kid CuDi and Machine Gun Kelly got into a heated Twitter beef about who was the originator the Cleveland slang term “raging,” which means an intense sort of partying.

It was heard over the weekend that Wolf Gang Kill Them All leader Tyler, the Creator had signed to Pharrell Williams’ I Am Other imprint.

However, the collective’s spokespeople have stepped out to dispute the story regarding Odd Future members inking a deal.

Today, a rep for Odd Future and Tyler, The Creator is clearing the FALSE reports. Tyler is exclusively signed to Odd Future Records, which is backed by Red’s division of Sony Records.

Although, Pharrell was praising Odd Future’s music and hard work…

Pharrell said:

“They’re not getting the recognition in the mainstream media, but in the digital world they dominate – the 16-, 17-, 18-year-old virtuosos all over the world coming out of nowhere and just taking stake in their position.”

“The Others are multifaceted, pro-active people who live outside the box and aren’t confined by categories.”

Jersey Shore‘s Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino’s former mangers are suing the reality star for $1 million.

According to TMZ, Gotham NYC Entertainment is claiming Sorrentino was in breach of contract when he fired them in May for “lack of performance,” failing to give them the required 30-day notice to solve the issues before he terminated their services.

Gotham says they have served as Sorrentino’s managers since the Jersey Shore premiered on MTV in 2009, stating that they helped him take “his career from relative obscurity to become an international celebrity.”

The Situation’s cast mate Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio was slapped with a $4 million lawsuit by a Connecticut DJ earlier this month.

The reality star reportedly made $100,000 per episode for the fourth season of the MTV show, filmed in Italy. So, he has cash to spare should he lose the suit.

According to new reports, however, The Situation has decided to leave the show, opting out of the fifth season of the series, along with cast member Vinny Guadagnino.
