Common is doing some major clean up for himself, since Drake reacted to his recently release “Sweet” and Maya Angelou expressed regret over “The Dreamer.”
Maya Angelou wasn’t happy with Common for using he N-word on “The Dreamer,” so during an interview with Hot 97’s Angie Martinez, Common tried to set the record straight saying that he spoke with Angelou and that they agreed to disagree, but that there is no bad blood. Maybach Music Group rapper, Wale speaks his mind on the recent success of his album “Ambition” and how it inspired him to work harder.
The former Interscope Records rapper, Wale, who was dropped due to less-than-anticipated sales of his debut Attention Deficit, said he turned to Jay-Z for guidance on his follow-up effort Ambition.
Wale spoke to Billboard magazine, for a cover story, recalling how Jay-Z told him what he was missing with his debut and how he could turn his sophomore album into a success.

Can you believe it’s almost been a year since Nicki Minaj partnered with MAC Cosmetics for the limited release of ‘Pink Friday’ lipstick?
Well, now Nicki Minaj has signed on to be the spokesperson for MAC VivaGlam 2012 Campaign. The new promo photo that was unveiled this week, and shot by famed photographer David LaChapelle. It’s Nicki Minaj on a motorcycle accompanied by Ricky Martin who is holding an over-sized tube of lipstick.
