Journey 2: Mysterious Island is a fun-filled rollercoaster of thrills jokes and spectacular effects straight up for the young movie goer.
In this sequel you find Hank (Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson) step-dad to Sean (Josh Hutcherson) the only returning actor from Journey to the Center of the Earth. After Sean picks up a coded radio transmission, he immediately assumes it’s from his long-lost grandpa, Alexander (Michael Caine) so he decides to go on his quest to find Jules Verne’s mysterious island.
This time around the movie uses a combination of effects with blue screen, high-tech 3-D visuals and on location in the rain forests of Oahu, Hawaii this sequel gives a new dimension to the visual splendor. Currently Vikki is working on her biography, a tell all book explaining in detail the occurrence she had to undergo with Jeff’s sisters and estranged wife. Vikki recalls her last night with Jeff. She was sitting at his bedside with her brother Jay when his sisters and estranged wife showed up.
