Gene Hackman, 81, had to be airlifted to the hospital Friday after he was hit by a car and knocked off his bike in Florida’s Key West.
The hit and run took place on the Old Highway in southern Florida’s Monroe County. The legendary actor and Academy Award-winner’s rep told TMZ he was “fine.”
Hackman rep said:
“suffered bumps and bruises after a woman bumped him from behind in her vehicle”
Word is, Hackman is in stable condition and is recovering, so that’s good.
There’s an investigation under way, we just hope they get whoever did this!!
