Usher may have knocked out of the park with his performance at Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night [May 22].

Today, the court saw another sing of the R&B crooner, he broke down in tears today in an Atlanta court after his ex-wife’s attorney insinuated he cares more about partying than he does about his children. The nervy Tamika Foster took the stand while Tameka’s lawyer whipped out photos of the singer partying in Europe in February.

She is on a mission to defame his character and make him look bad to the judge and jury. Basically it’s a poor attempt to incriminate Usher for working in the music industry. She knew what he was all about before they got married. – Flip and get more after the jump…

Despite Tameka Foster’s lawyer trying to prove he’d rather go wild at a nightclub than be a good dad.  Usher is now fighting for more custody, however, Her lawyer also threw him under the bus regarding his alleged drug use.

According to TMZ, the singer admitted to smoking pot in the past, but when the subject turned to his alleged ecstasy use Usher’s lawyer objected.

Usher insisted he never used drugs in front of the children — an allegation Tameka made early in their custody fight — but hedged on the subject of seeing his children while under the influence.

The trial will continue tomorrow.

Whitney Houston underage daughter Bobbi Kristina made headlines over the weekend at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas after hotel security caught her on tape gambling in the casino.

Thanks to TMZ, video was posted earlier today, showing 19-year-old Bobbi Kristina hitting the slots Saturday night with her 22-year-old boyfriend, who went public at the billboard Awards last night kissing on camera.

Bobbi was in town to pay tribute to her mother Whitney Houston at the Billboard Awards on Sunday.

A rep for the MGM tells TMZ, they’re  now looking into the incident.

Plus, the Nevada Gaming Commission has also launched its own investigation into the footage.

Underage gambling is a misdemeanor in Nevada, punishable by up to 6 months in county jail or $1,000 fine. The MGM Grand could be subject to an even heftier fine.

Though, gambling may have seemed fun for Bobbi Kristina, she sure knows how to get herself into trouble constantly.

Last night was the Billboard music awards, which we rather label as the lip sync awards. However, lip syncing wasn’t the only thing going on at the awards, because there was a lot of drama when the cameras were off.

Word is, after Pat Houston realized she and Bobbi Kristina were seated next to Ray J for the 2012 Billboard Music Awards she was furious, so she sent her security on attack mode. She wanted Ray J gone and banned from the awards, the only problem was, Ray J refused to budge. – Flip and get more deets….

According to TMZ, Ray J was almost physically removed from the Billboard Music Awards last night after angry members of Whitney Houston’s family [mainly Pat Houston] ordered their security to get him away from them.

Pat Houston’s blood was boiling because she, Bobbi Kristina and other family members were seated next to Ray J, the person Pat believes was a very bad influence on Whitney. Minutes before the tribute to Whitney, Pat asked her security to remove Ray J from his seat, but he refused to budge.

Our sources say … Pat’s security summoned hotel security, along with several uniformed officers to physically remove Ray J.

Just before push was about to come to shove, security warned Pat that things would likely get physical and it would almost certainly be caught on video, just as Whitney was about to be honored. Sources say Pat then grudgingly recanted and Ray J kept his seat.

For his part, Ray J groused to friends, “Pat ruined what was a great opportunity to honor the woman who I loved.”

News broke the other day that Pooch Hall and Tia Mowry were released from their hit series The Game on BET.

What you didn’t know was Pooch and Tia were unable to fulfill their responsibilities on The Game due to filming conflicts. Pooch has landed himself a new show on Showtime and is now addressing the  rumors surrounding his departure from BET’s The Game insisting BET and he are working things out. – Flip and read on…

Word is, Pooch Hall has a role on a new show on Showtime called “Ray Donovan,”  however, he assures his fans he will still appear on The Game, maybe not this season.

“Me and BET got love for each other… They are wrkin it out. I’m on a new showtime show “Ray Donovan” showtime said I can still do The Game…”

Although he will be on a new Showtime series, once things are worked out, Pooch will be able to return on the show to reprise his role as Derwin. As for Tia there has been no word from her camp if she will be returning next season or not.

So the question stands if Pooch will be able to return and still do The Game on BET?

Will Smith freaked out when a  Ukrainian reporter gave him a cheek to cheek kiss during the Moscow premiere of “Men in Black 3″

The Ukrainian reporter who happened to be a man, stepped to Smith giving him a hug and kissed him on the cheek. At first he was receptive to the affection, but when Smith felt the reported over-stepped the line he pushed him away and back-handed him across the face.

You can clearly see that Will is incredibly pissed that the guy showed overt affection toward him. Some media outlets are trying to say that the reporter tried to kiss Will on the lips, but after watching the footage it seems to be all a miss understanding. – Flip Watch and see what Will had to say about the incident…

After a angry and shocked Will Smith walked on to speak with another media outlet he stated on camera.

Will said after the slapping:

“He’s lucky i didn’t sucker punch him…Ops I just said that on camera.”

We’re told the dude who kissed Will is a television reporter who often kisses celebrities — it’s his schtick.

For the record, Will just came out in support of gay marriage.

The reason for the hostile reaction from Will Smith is because the reporters mouth accidentally brushed up against Will’s and that’s why the actor reacted so violently.

Will Smith kept his composure and pressed on with smiles, signing autographs for fans and do red carpet interviews. Guess he has something to tell Jada and the kids.

No offence, but maybe the reporter should just keep it to hugs with actors he doesn’t know.

A new tell-all documentary detailing the reasons behind the bitter professional break up of Jay-Z and Damon Dash‘s record label is set to air next year (09).

The pair founded Roc-A-Fella Records in 1996 as a subsidiary of the Universal Music Group but disagreements between the two friends brought about the demise of the label in 2004.

And now former BET producer and Roc-A-Fella employee Choke No Joke is releasing the documentary I Am Choke, No Joke to reveal the truth about the bitter split. – Get the deets on the flip…

Joke explained:

“Dame was a camera freak. He loved people to tape him ’cause he started thinking he was a star… Ever since the ‘Big Pimpin’ ‘ video, he started getting’ a little light and it started to get to his head.”

Joke claims Dash’s signing of rapper Ol’ Dirty Bastard, and his proposal of Cam’ron as a Vice President of the label were among the disputes that drove a wedge between the two, he added:

“Jay wasn’t feeling none of that ****.”

Jay-Z has since gone on to have a hugely successful entrepreneurial and producing career, while Damon Dash has seen his home go into foreclosure. In a new video, when asked about producing tracks for rapper, Damon Dash slammed Jay-Z, insists he can’t support the star against his adversaries since their friendship broke down.

Damon Dash explained:

“Sure it can be perceived as a conflict but… Jay put me in a position where I can’t protect him no more.”

“What he did to me publicly could be seen as so heinous and foul that how could I ever tell somebody don’t do nothin’?… Before I might have taken a bullet or a punch for Jay, now I just don’t get involved.”

“That’s the way he chose it to be. You won’t be hearing me say nothing about him, but I won’t be jumping in a fight for him.”

The light at the end of the tunnel is getting further away for the fading NFL star Terrell Owens.

Owens, has made a new name for himself, T Owes is digging himself into a financial hole.  Though he is unwilling to admit that he is in financial ruin, Terrell must say goodbye to his condo in Sunny Isles Beach’s fancy Trump International.

According to reports, this is one of the last homes Terrell Owens still owns after being forced to sell off several others.

Most recently, the former wide receiver, Terrell was forced to sell his Dallas home, but unfortunately that was not enough, because Deutsche National Bank sued him in April, claiming he still owes $1.47 million on the property.

Now TMZ is reporting, the mortgage docs attached to the lawsuit, Terrell originally took out a loan worth $1.55 million in 2006 … and had faithfully been making monthly payments of $5,126 … that is, until last November.

Terrell has responded to the lawsuit, claiming the bank “lacks standing” to foreclose on the property — and he refuses to admit there’s an outstanding balance problem.

What’s even worse is T Owes is being sued by Amex for his not making payments on one of his credit cards
