Today, the court saw another sing of the R&B crooner, he broke down in tears today in an Atlanta court after his ex-wife’s attorney insinuated he cares more about partying than he does about his children. The nervy Tamika Foster took the stand while Tameka’s lawyer whipped out photos of the singer partying in Europe in February.

Will Smith freaked out when a Ukrainian reporter gave him a cheek to cheek kiss during the Moscow premiere of “Men in Black 3″
The Ukrainian reporter who happened to be a man, stepped to Smith giving him a hug and kissed him on the cheek. At first he was receptive to the affection, but when Smith felt the reported over-stepped the line he pushed him away and back-handed him across the face.
You can clearly see that Will is incredibly pissed that the guy showed overt affection toward him. A new tell-all documentary detailing the reasons behind the bitter professional break up of Jay-Z and Damon Dash‘s record label is set to air next year (09).
