Ciara was spotted in West Hollywood at the Express and Elle Magazine event on Wednesday night. Can we say stunning in Red!!! We have to admit Ciara came with it and looks amazing. But when at the event she decided to reveal the truth behind the drama over her short hair. Is it a wig or did she really have it cut?

What she said to People Magazine:
“I have to admit I love my hair long but trying shorter is fun too because with fashion and with women, our hair is our way of us expressing ourselves. That’s kind of what I felt and that’s what inspired me to go short. I was like, ‘I just want to go short today,’ so I said to my hair stylist, [Kiyah], ‘what can we do?’”
i guess I am probably the only one who is really feeling this look. I really didn’t think it was a wig, but then all the hoopla with her stylist and not paying made me believe other.
